Custom items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers must verify all details before approval. We are not responsible for approved errors.
3. Damaged Items
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and details.
4. Resolution

5. Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.
6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
7. Delays
